Download RustDesk so we can connect securely to your computer for remote support. No account required.

Choose your operating system. After installing, run RustDesk and you’ll see a 9-digit ID—tell that to your technician so we can connect.

Our server (use these settings)

In RustDesk, open Settings → Network. Set ID server and Relay server to the address below, and Key to the key below.

Quick steps

  1. Download and run RustDesk for your system.
  2. Note the 9-digit ID (and optional password) shown in the main window.
  3. Tell your technician the ID (by phone, email, or chat).
  4. When we request a connection, click Allow on your screen.
